TENNIS BALL TYRES ON MY MOUNTAIN BIKE!

Tennis ball tyres on my mountain bike is incredible!! I modify my Canyon slopestyle bike to fit tennis balls instead of tyres and shred a bike park before hitting a stair set of doom and drifting in the streets! Would you ride this MTB?

With Wimbledon around the corner I decided to fit 32 Tennis ball’s to each wheel and fit them to my mountain bike for the ultimate bike challenge. With the tennis tyres fitted to my Canyon stitched 720 slopestyle bike it was time to hit up Twisted oaks bike park and see what was possible with such tyres on my bike. After the the first ride down and easy trail I knew I was in for a fun day because It completed changed the way the bike moved around and it made cornering absolutely crazy! I proceeded to shred the bike park until a huge crazy on a barspin that made us change locations to a massive stair set of doom which worked surprisingly well. But that’s not all, there was a bonus drift section to be had too! Would you ride this bike?

    Perfect editing on the Stairstep of Doom with the big chords from Wagner perfectly timed to the landings of the steps, and aided by puddles from recent rain. Not to mention the addition of a new word to the English language – `cuttyish'.

    If you found a way to maintain air in the balls they would work alot bdtter i recon maybe punch ome hole amd epoxy bolts in to try hold a little air, looks like your riding flats, sorry my take on it 😊

    It's going side ways because of the same reason if you ride on a punctured bike.
    All because you drilled holes.
    You should have tried other way of sticking the balls to your rim.

    Your drill is on hammer, move it to drill only please. Stuff like that drives me mad.

    try it with tennis balls in a real tire, and you might try fronton balls, they are stiffer afaik

    Maybe half the bike tire normal and half tennis balls or make a tubeless tire and instead of air have tennis balls.😅

    For the mk2 tennis ball wheel. Fill each one half way with expanding foam 👍🏻 stronger and more stable for taking bigger carnage bigger hits 🙌🏻🤘🏻
