Thanks for sharing this, I was nervous about re starting the gym after many years as im now obese. Brently, you have given me the confidence to go!
I am not judging you as obese if you come to my gym. However, I am disappointed when you do not come back.
W to Brently I kinda know how it’s gonna feel like it’s taking a long time to see progress but for me I usually don’t work abs or core in general but lately I have been seeing my abs starting to come in and also the other this is that I’m lean bulking and it’s starting to show so it’s true you have to trust the process so never give up and keep up the grind much love and many gains ❤💪
An awesome coach found an awesome protagonist
Respect Coach Greg🤝
with his height hes sitting on a gold mine
Brently is the epitome of body positivity
coach Greg, you are doing something wonderful. This will be a nice impact on brently’s life
Look at this guy, if he turned all taht mass in muscle, what a monster he would become! Hope he will keep with the gym!
the only thing you have to do man is jog starting out work your way up to running gyms are good for only 1 thing that putting on muscle do you want to be a big muscular dude at the size you are now or do you want to be a good looking muscular dude with a flat abbed stomach if you want to be the good looking dude start running drink lots of water fast for 12 hrs and eat 1 time per day or small meals per day that equal up to 1000 to 1500 cals trust me you will feel very hungry but don't fall for it the water will count towards your food cause it will make you full within a month you will lose a lot of weight more than you are now if you do like I said before 2500 cals a day it will take longer especially at your weight cause runnings gonna be harder but really all your doing right now is just tacking on muscle all that fat is turning to muscle and your not losing any of it so jog for 13 mins a day work your way up to running 13 mins every night do 100 crunches 40 leg lifts and 40 leg kicks work your way up to 100 pushups by starting with just 32 your first week when you run your losing even if your not doing anything for 2 days but don't if you want to lose quick run every day and work your belly every night don't lift weights till your at the weight you want to be cause you will gain muscle and you will end up big anyway but in a fit way not a wrestler way lol
SQUAT GANG
This is awesome. I look forward to seeing his progress.
Great video. I’m an experienced lifter and even learned a couple things here.
I'm so happy for him
man , good on this guy. that's not easy going to gym as an obese dude, better still filmed and put on youtube. awesome
making fun of fat people in the gym is like making fun of sick people at the hospital
Watching this video just motivated me to come back to the glorious house of gains.
One of my favorite videos. Love this one coach.
This is awesome. He seems super nice and is great at taking coaching.
Would love to see Brently in a couple years time, he’s going to be a beast
dude is huge… he'll be an absolute unit if he manages to be at like 15% body fat
That's one thing to be fat, lazy and delusional. It's an more respectable thing when you're fat and you move your ass to the gym.
All respect for this guy.
the fact that during the whole video, i didn't saw A SINGLE PERSON look at him weirdly or even look at them at all! This is how a gym community should be. Minding their own business and being respectful no matter what size or how much the person is lifting! 💪🏼
Make this a series. Everything about this is awesome. 2 great people putting in that work. The longest journey begins with 1 step.
Great work!
Hey, good for Brently! I'm actually medically obese myself (5'7" and 217), but I train hard at the gym 3x a week and I've gotten a lot stronger over 4 years. I would love to see how much progress he's made in the 5 months since this came out. The effort is worth the respect. Keep going.
One of the worst things to do, is trying to normalize obesity. But this man, will be an inspiration for thousands, and he's going to abolish obesity with all of his strength
Holy shit that guy is a beast, he was repping a lot of weight on those lat pulldowns
