The US open is hotting up!! But first this US open underdog has brutally lashed out for stupid tee times but the USGA have responded!! ‘We Played Twilight Golf’ says Wyndham Clark as Questions Late US Open Tee Times, but that isn’t the only thing he said.

The US open has been brilliant all weekend but there has been so many complaints about the tee off times at the us open. The players were practically playing in the dark last night, tee off times are so important at a competition like this as if professional goflers are playing in the dark at a competition like the US open it means they can’t see!

The US Open co-leader says he and Rickie Fowler had a disadvantage in the latter stages of round three due to the lack of light at LACC!! Rory McIlroy and Rickie Fowler to vie for redemption in US Open finale!! Fowler leads on 10 under with Clark, McIlroy nine under, McIlroy’s last won major in 2014, year Fowler came closest!

Rory McIlroy and Rickie Fowler will battle it out for the US Open and the pair have previously been involved in tussles going into the final round, with the American rubbing his rival up the wrong way.. There is lots of drama on the final day of the US open, who will win the US open, have you seen the US open highlights?

  1. I 100% agree, I was thinking this since they first posted the tee times, especially when I saw the LIV players tee times last Thursday.

  2. The PGA and the usga are the are bitches of the TV companies. He who pays the piper calls the tune.
Rory still has another 2 goes to win a major this year.

  3. Late tee times especially over weekend just to please "TV Prime time" is so unnecessary and Wyndham called them out—which NBC "commentators" failed to mention, just saying how great it was to be back LA?????
With all the great courses in the land, Pine hurst next year, but wait until Frisco comes around???

  4. Literally told my wife when we turned it on really quick and saw when the leaders we’re teeing off I literally told her “they’re going to be playing in the dark” and we live on the east coast of the states in Georgia. That’s pretty bad when someone can call it from a different time zone lol

  5. I live on the west coast and understand the setting sun. I was SHOCKED at how late the tee times were Saturday and even Sunday they still didn’t move them up enough. Completely agree with Clark. Good for him for having the balls to make his statement then to follow it up by winning over the #1 and #3 players in the world to bring it home. Congrats to him all the way around.

  6. the guys who go off first are NOT really important to the tournament and could have easily been made to tee off earlier in the morning. I thought sure they would finish the 3rd round on Sunday morning. VERY VERY stupid by the tour.

  7. I totally agree with Clark, the starting times were ridiculous. Why were they starting that late to begin with? They don't start all of the other tournaments that late. Hell both days Saturday and Sunday night they didn't get done playing until 11pm eastern time, totally uncalled for. The USGA really dropped the ball on this one.

  8. Totally agree, its TV. I woke this morning and felt as though I had wasted an entire day watching the golf on Sunday. Too bad, it was a good tournament.

  9. WTF has the USGA become? First, they roll back the ball. WHAT A JOKE! so now I have to settle for 220 yd drives instead of 240? I have a hard time on 380-400 yard par 4's. Well we just saw how big hitters can be managed. Course design, trees and rough. Secondly they did such a terrible job on this US Open Mike Wahn needs to come out an apologize to the golfing world. He's cow towing to the elite when it's the millions of golf fans that keep the money flowing into the sponsors so the sponsors can keep the money flowing into golf. I don't see Thurston Howell III and Luvie (yea, I'm old – Gilligans Island reference) paying for my $600 driver or $4 golf balls.
    –frustrated golfer-

  10. I noticed that the leaders were teeing off at about 340 pm local time Thursday through Saturday, and about an 230 or so on Sunday. Usually it's about 230pm in these tournaments, but this was on the west coast and NBC had a chance to air the tournament during prime time on the east coast which is 8pm to 11pm. Something like 80 percent of the U.S. population is east of the Mississippi River, mostly eastern time zone. If it wasn't for television and sponsors, these players would be struggling to put food on the table. I know it was a bit inconvenient for the players, but there is no perfect time for all. Usually, we hear that the morning players had calm wind and the afternoon players had strong wind, etc. All in all it was a great tournament and the best player found a way to win. My only issue was that when the crowd got loud, you couldn't hear the commentators.

  11. I can never get my head around why they tee off so late on the final day…. Why!!! Surely it’s better for everyone involved to get underway earlier, they’ve done it for the previous days one and two, why put yourself at risk for darkness setting in, especially if there is a playoff…. They want tv ratings, but in Spain it was going to finish at 4 or 5 am…. No way was I going to stay awake to watch this…. Crazy….

  12. Why would tee time on Saturday for final group not be until almost 4pm local time? Just makes no sense to me

  13. Clark was lucky he didn't have to watch the coverage on Friday and Thursday (?) where the network focused on only one group in the AM and after one group in the PM. It was as if only a few players were playing. I thought it might be a special broadcast and the normal broadcast was on another channel….alas….we were stuck watching players walk from shot to shot or look at them as they waited on the tee. …..boring and aggravating.

  14. First, get out of your t shirt. You lack class and credibility. Put on a tie and coat, please. Second, Clark won. He had the lowest score whether using driver, 5 iron, wedge or putter. It isn't how, it is how many. People say Fowler is better, or McIlroy is better. NO!!! They did not have the lowest number. Clark did. He played the best !! It is not how,,,it is how many. Simple as that.

  15. Disregard my previous comment, you are my new favorite source of golf information. MAD RESPECT FROM EAST LONG BEACH 💯

  16. Yes I agree with y’all. Clark is right in his statement. But, that’s another way of being honed in to who’s has the skill and huevos 🥚🥚🥚! To ultimately pull off a major, spectacular. I’m going with Rory to win The Open. ✌🏽❤️

  17. I wonder if Clark and Fowler could have just walked in before finishing and told the PGA to go screw themselves
