Wonderful tuition. Simple. Thank you
That's very true. It's hard to find explanation what the best finish position should be. Thank you
Helpful, but could have saved about 2 minutes. Too much repeat. Nevertheless worthwhile
You guys should post some 1v1 lessons and/or gameplay. I would be curious to see how fast average golfers can learn this swing.
To be sure, I’ve played a lot of golf, and watched tons of videos, and without a doubt this is the biggest load of malarkey ever. IMHO of course. Nice guys though 😅
Could benefit from some editing i.e. too much chit chat, repetative statements, "easy" "simple" …. really, say it, review it, edit 1, edit 2 and edit 3. By now should have reduced dialogue & words -50% Min. NOW you are in the communication business! Goog tips..but falling asleep & irritated with chit chat. Very sorry to be negative, but your not alone on YT.
Can you guys develop an "Easiest Putt"?
I remember reading about a professional golfer, back in the Sarazan era, who when asked why he had not yet written a book on the golf swing replied: "A book? I can put the instructions for the golf swing on a 3×5 recipe card, which is hardly a book!"
If you practice at a slow speed and gradually increase the speed, will the distance improve? Since I practice at a slow speed, I can get my posture, but I can't get the iron distance.
Thank you for an interesting video.
I need to improve my finish & will try your quick way of getting into the correct position.
Any progress with your new book?
As John Norsworthy said ‘Start with the finish.’
Such an easy way to get to the finish position, without the need to strike the ball. Thanks gents.
Great video guys and easy for my ageing body to do 😂 may I say that you are looking much more professional in your easiest swing uniforms than in older videos , keep up the good work 👍
I can't fully finish, but with the narrow stance and flared left foot I have adopted due to my ankle issues, i'm now finishing in the same consistent position on every shot. I have adapted your advice, and at the age of 66 i'm now playing off my lowest h/cap ever, of 8.8. You guys have played a big part in that, so many thanks…
Quick question! Went back and have watched every single video all the way from Brian’s 7+ years ago… question is… my clubface and down swing are still giving me an open clubface at times. What am I doing wrong exactly ? My wrists are very loose and grip is at a 2/10. Sometimes when I hit a straight shot the ball flight is so high I’m getting hung up and went and getting no roll too. My swing ends up in the same spot in the follow through resting on my shoulder as well. Would love any input or possible advice to that open clubface I’m getting.
Very good advice! Any tips for very tight internal rotation of the right hip (I’m a senior lefty) besides flaring the right foot very open to be able to face the target at the finish? For me to comfortably finish I’m about at 10 o’clock but if I clear my right foot extremely to the right, I can face to target but it is very awkward. Any advice is appreciated thank you.
Get to the point ! It takes you guys way way to long to explain yourselves. Lost interest 😤
Hello new friend po from Nez nhoy
I read the Positive Impact Golf book. I had prostate surgery and I couldn't do much but lie around. So I read the book. It wasn't what I expected. I was wondering if it was a waste of money to buy it. I started doing the exercises and watching your videos and slowly it started to come to me. When I could go out again and get on the course, I would hit decent hits. Not all the time but enough to show to me I was on the right track. I would hit bad shots and I would tell myself to relax more. Take the tension out of my hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders. Once I did that, I would hit a fairly good shot. Sometimes they would go straight and far, at least far for me. I have never hit more then 200 yards or so. I hit a tee shot on a par 4 dog leg left which is around 300 yards and hit the green. I was amazed of how far it went. Thing is I had lost the ball in the sun when I hit the tee shot. So I didn't see where it went. I had to have hit it over the trees on left side or a curving left shot. I don't know slice or hook or what it is called. I am 69 and a lefty and I have played golf since I was in junior high school. The short game was the best part of the game. No one showed me how to hit the ball on that part of the game because I was better at it than the guys I played with. I had a natural swing. I was confident to chip on the green and then putting. I used to be able to read the green and sink putts. So my friends would out drive me and hit better on the fairway but I would catch them with my short game. While practicing with what was in your book, I started realizing that was the way I used play with my short game. Now using your tension free way of golf, I am getting back to my basics. I swing the club and feel the weight of it. I have a fuller back swing and hit farther and straighter. I also have started to swing thru with club laying on my front shoulder. First tee still gets to me. I really tense up and have worm rappers. I also use the book when I hit a shot and find good things about the hit. I hit one that doesn't go far and I will tell myself that it was in the fairway. I chip one onto the green and it doesn't get close to the hole, so I tell myself that I had good distance. Hit a good shot, I would tell myself good shot. It makes the game more enjoyable. Get rid of the negatives and focus on positives. I still don't know about gripping the club. I try a neutral grip because it keeps me from hitting looping left shots. I am using a baseball grip now. I learned to use an interlocking grip but would like to change it. What do I do to have a natural grip? Sorry about being long winded but I am excited about this.
