  1. Went through the TPI certification back in 2016. Still use those principles a ton in my daily practice as a PT. Great way to identify deficits and tackle any areas of restriction. Solid video!

  2. Freakin impressive dude! I was exhausted just watching you go through hell and back. Keep it up brother!

  3. Does the TPI have the ability to train a person with a 5 foot putt in a critical situation not to choke?

  4. Crap! when i started golf it was only about good hands & rhythm. Then Tiger started this madness…now nfl prospects will turn to golf with all the PIF money…thx Tiger you truly impacted golf! 😢

  5. I gotta admit when I first watched you, I didn’t think there was any way you’d get to scratch. Now seeing the things you’re doing, I think you’re on your way man!! Great work and keep it up!!!

  6. From what I've watched of your progress so far, you've done really well with the swing you've shown. I don't know what you score, but the swing looks nice, especially for someone who just started. Unless you've been playing for a while. That I really don't know. But I've seen your earlier swing from this channel and you've done well.

  7. Hi, new subscriber here. I think you're local to my area. Can you recommend your golf coach to me? After watching your videos, he seems like a good coach. Can you provide his name? Thanks

  8. I kept thinking he was saying "produce" and I'm like… wait.. this mf about to make you hit some vegetables? 🙂 lol

  9. Short cut… hit the ball far enough to be within 100 yards before approach shot on more than 9 holes and work on shots inside 100 yards. That way, more than half of your initial approach shots will have a chance to make birdie and everything else will have a chance to save par. That distance will depend on what tees you hit from and what course, but with your swing speed you should be able to crush it.

You might look at some videos on long drive champions next as they do a lot. Bryson DeChambeu and Max Homa both came from the long drive world.

Alternatively the old men plus handicap golfers age 70-79 (better than scratch) hit the ball 212 average off the tee and approach shot and putting is so damn good they don't have to chip, but if they do they clean up, and they drain long putts

  10. Vertical Jump should be conducted in bare feet not carbon plate bounce trainers, true test booyah

  11. New favorite golf YouTube channel; from the putting lessons to the fitness, your determination is impressive and motivational; keep it up.

  12. One of your first followers!! So amazing watching you progress!! You got this!! Keep pushing, even the bad days are a victory. Just never give up.

  13. If you're an amateur golfer with already 114 driver swing speed, why would you do all this? And for how long will you you keep up 45 mins a day exercising? maybe a month? Is it going to make you get the ball in the hole any better?

  14. Is there a directory of facilities that have the Proteus machine?
