It’s an interesting concept. It’s strange all the pga pros that have tried this product have had it operate correctly. Any non pros it seems that it releases on every swing. I wish I knew if it work or not lol.
I have had mine for a few weeks now I use it every time I go to the range it helped with my grip issue. I did also buy the driver version of it also but it didn't come in yet . It was worth the money.
Its strange that we all need fitted for our individual swing BUT we also need to use a uniform training aid. Not vibing this. It should be prescribed by your own coach if it would help YOUR game.
Some interesting comments on here., and i woukd like to think James would be honest enough to say if he was payed to review this, never been given a reason to suspect not.I tried an older version of a similar club years ago and it helped me stop flipping as much
I returned mine. Clicked on every swing type (over the top, under plane, straight) with ease. I swing a 7 iron 85-86 mph and could make the speed adjustment click at over 100mph +. The area where it could be the biggest help is with the grip. The grip with three different settings is good but that is not what I bought it for.
Interesting concept. I saw Rocco Mediates promo and definitely looks cool. Certainly works to get your swing path in the proper alignment, but it doesn’t help you with face angle/face control. That of course, is up to the individual golfer.
Great video as usual….what has been your experience being a Puma influencer? My son Ben has been with Cobra/Puma since January and they have been horrible with communication.
Seems that the click happened slightly before impact with the ball…or was it the other way around? Looks like a really cool training aid. Thanks for all of the daily content, James. Really love the channel!
Glad you did a review of this. I had been thinking about getting one. I have been having issues with early release for a few weeks, (well on and off for years really). Hoping that this will be a good tool to help overcome this bad habit every time it returns.
You know it's kindof a sign of the times, how many bellends are so quick to insult you for this type of video, instead of trying the product for themselves (because you know, it's not like they offer a 365 day unconditional return policy or anything😂) and keeping their negativity in their head where it belongs. Gotta love the keyboard warrior generation 😂😂😂
James, I've watched other reviews, one done just a few weeks ago. The magnet ingaged with any swing path and speed settings not working correctly. Why do you think you are having/showing better success with it?
I would like to see you give a lesson with an average golfer and see how much it actually helps. You already have a good a swing, so it's questionable how much the straight stick is helping you. If you get the opportunity to try their straight stick driver that would be an interesting video.
I'd love to see you hit 10 shots of this on the simulator inside and see the ball flights, spin rates, speeds, etc.. and what the +/- is on them compared to a normal club. It'd be fun to see how repeatable the shots are from it.
The one thing i like about this training aid is that there is an audio feedback that can help, regardless of where the magnet clicks. It can tell you if you're releasing the club early or not at all, but I don't think it will correct your swingpath.

Awesome James
cmon james, you did the pre no click swings at about 45mph and the clicks at 70mph… theres enough reviews that say this thing is total doggy poop
crazy how everyone who is paid to review this says how amazing it is and all the reviewers who weren't paid say it is absolute garbage. 🤔

I would like to know your opinion of the LagShot training clubs. Along with a comparison of the two.

Nothing like “magic clubs!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 You know what works better? Finding a good PGA Pro and investing in some lessons!
Have you ever used the “orange whip”?

These training aids are ok but they pale in comparison to a good lesson 👍.
I think it's a waste of money. Maybe worth it at $40 a club but not the price they are asking

“Thanks Coach Robinson!”

Great review on this product mate, I will have to remember and have a look to see if they do it in left hand
