It looks that way but nah. They are not “sliding” this is why they are rarely off balance. They just don’t do this. If they did they wouldn’t be behind the ball when they hit it. Which they all are hitting the ball off their right side.
You have an excellent golf swing but you give some questionable advice. Every single professional golfer has recentered their pressure by the time they get to the top of their backswing. Nobody on tour has 80% of their weight on their trail foot at the top. Absolutely nobody. The suggestion that you should "slide" your hips in transition is going to hurt the average amateur. Despite your beautiful golf swing, I don't think you have a solid understanding of swing mechanics. I appreciate your efforts to help people, I just think you're a bit misinformed.
What people have to realize is that this will gradually happen as you perfect your swing.. I'm part of that group. It's so hard and muscle memory for golf seems to take so long to finally understand just to fix stuff without messing with already good techniques that you develop over time. It's worse than body dismorphia when working out 😂
