I believe that because the litigation has been dismissed, there is now no hurry for Monahan to expedite anything as the money bleed has ended. The hemorrhaging of pga money was his biggest priority and now that that has been resolved, he can take his time to respond to a plan. This will drag on at Monaghan’s leisure. Don’t hold your breath.
