This week, the PGA TOUR heads to Cromwell, Connecticut, for the Travelers Championship. This will be another Designated event, meaning the field is full of the world’s best players yet again. As it stands, 37 of the top 50 golfers in the world will be teeing it up this week. Leading the favorites is world No.1 Scottie Scheffler. He posted yet another top-five finish at the U.S. Open last week, where he finished in solo third. Scheffler is yet to finish worse than T12 in any TOUR event since October. FedExCup leader Jon Rahm will also be in the field this week. He finished T10 at the U.S. Open with a closing 65 and has won four events, including the Masters, this year. Rory McIlroy will also be optimistic entering the week. Starting at the PGA Championship, McIlroy has recorded four consecutive top-five finishes. Also, McIlroy is no stranger to TPC River Highlands, where he’s finished inside the top-20 in each of his four trips. Defending champion Xander Schauffele will also be returning to Connecticut. He’s only finished outside the top 20 once in his last nine events, including three top-five finishes, and he played well for a T10 finish at the U.S. Open. Tommy Fleetwood, Viktor Hovland, Patrick Cantlay and Rickie Fowler will also be contending for a win in Connecticut this week.

Ya
That’s all and good I suppose but he’s won 4 times. How about the guy who shot 60 or Bradley who shot 62. I’m routing for the guy who shot 60.
Number 1!
Mad props to the crowd on a Thursday, at an elevated event for being more boisterous than the members and their crones at LACC. You've got a great golf community there and should be proud.
2:42 I love how he tries to regroup his slippery right foot at the shot.
Damn Tony at the end tho!
I see more fans here than at LACC
3 great players scored lower , and this guy gets a highlight reel ?
Amazing how consistent he is despite moving his legs around so much. He is awesome though.
What's on his arm?
This guy is so damn good
🚀🚀🚀
Scottie is an old school Texas gun slinger of the ball!!
Scottie shoots -6 and gets a video. Keegan shoots -8, no video… awesome PGA!
Tee to green, Scheffler is best in the world by far.
Force of nature
