Good info
Very true! Slam on the BRAKES 😅
I think the idea of straightening the left leg cause issue. I prefer the term of pushing in the ground after a small shift. Like that the leg will straighten without thinking at it and at the right tempo. Adding the force pedal training aid has given me the right feeling. And in 1 session, i gained between 5 and 8 mph. In other word, my 9 become my 8 and a lot more height, et consistency of launching. So push hard, just push and everything will turn for finishing perfectly balanced on the toe of the trail foot. Magical😂
Liked the video Mark
How would you know your getting it out on time, what would be an indicator of that eg. Lead leg straight at impact?
I have been incorporating many of the ideas you discuss in your videos Mark and they do work. I am getting a little longer, with less effort, and am getting more accurate. Keep it up my friend!
Wow. Did you ask Padraig Harrington before ripping off his video ?
