The USGA is a nonprofit organization that celebrates, serves and advances the game of golf. Founded in 1894, we conduct many of golf’s premier professional and amateur championships, including the U.S. Open and U.S. Women’s Open. With The R&A, we govern the sport via a global set of playing, equipment, handicapping and amateur status rules. The USGA campus in Liberty Corner, New Jersey, is home to the Association’s Research and Test Center, where science and innovation are fueling a healthy and sustainable game for the future. The campus is also home to the USGA Golf Museum, where we honor the game by curating the world’s most comprehensive archive of golf artifacts. To learn more, visit https://www.usga.org.

Lovely work mate and congratulations. Takes me back to when I won a putting contest against my buddy. Well, I came 2nd.
Some fine shooting and nerves of steel with McIlroy sniffing around only a shot or two away.
Liv players didn’t have much of a showing, then again, they don’t have much to play for.
Rory will not win a major ever again. He tries way too hard. He needs to relax and play like he has nothing to lose.
60 yard slice deserves a fairway on hole 72 🤣
nice setup LACC
The cometary ruined the coverage. The airplane did not help either.
Imagine if Rory Cantputtaroy could actually make a putt or two. He would win majors galore. He is a tee to green player, then his game disappears from there
so much emotion. well done.
Rory needs a caddy who helps him on the greens.Clark's caddy was instrumental in his win
Rory would have deserved it. 😢
Such an amazing player, congratulations
The most boring us open venue I have ever seen.
USGA needs bethpage black type courses so its not a total snooze fest
Has Rory Cantputtnomore made a putt over 8 feet yet??
Azinger was so far off on his call of Clark's chip stopping on the hill — never heard a commentator he more wrong; it was almost like Azinger has no integrity, no insight and no worthwhile analysis – why he is paid to talk during a major?
I can hardly stand to watch USGA events anymore. They trick up the greens so much, it's impossible to hold greens, or to putt on them. 13 is way too fast. There's nothing wrong with making the golf courses tough but, the USGA makes the greens impossible. The winner will never be the best golfer. Only the luckiest.
Oh wow, another no-name wins a major…nobody dominating golf is really hurting the game..
Rory needs 1 birdie in the last five holes and can’t get it done
😂😂😂
No idea who Clark is.. but a well deserved win!
It’s part of golf challenge to hit proper shots in one tournament!
@USGA – thanks for bringing the US Open to LACC. As someone who appreciate architecture this was a real treat. In person very few courses match the sights, smells and feel of LA north. Loved the smell of sage, poppies in the barranca, etc. The half par holes were awesome.
The future schedule looks good with the exception of how often it's going to Pinehurst and Pebble. Keep them in the rota but less often.
Anyway, great tournament as always. Cheers
Is no one really gonna talk about Smith’s 171 yarder shot there?
Basically no drama from start to finish. If this is a sign of golf to come (and the other two majors this year haven't exactly been classics) then it doesn't matter how much money the players get. Golf is dead.
