I took a break from your YouTube only bc I needed to take a break from all fitness YouTubers. I just watched this and you’ve gotten noticeably bigger since six months ago!
Hey Justin! Wanted to know what your training plan is and how it’s changed since you transitioned to more bodybuilding, keep up the fantastic work my man!
It's basically a long-muscle-length partial of a barbell row so on that basis you could argue it's better for hypertrophy 🤷🏻♂️ there's WAY more evidence for stretch mediated hypertrophy than there is for any role of fibre-alignment

For me, the t-bar machine just crushes my chest fr 😂
If you don't tbar row for your back, you are a 🐱. Use the smaller 25s instead of 45s for greater range of motion.

Tbar with a V handle is the ultimate back exercise
yeh because deadlifts are so beneficial.ffs this guy doesnt know what he talks about
Smith machine rows might be worth a try, same benefits as the barbell without the need for balance and stability.
im more of a barbell row guy myself but i still do the chest supported tbar row too
Chest supported>
Ronnie Did it and Jay Did it. So I’m a do it
Do it wide grip on a chest supported t bar machine and feel your entire upper back like you never have before
You don't realize how strong Justpickingheavythingsup Lee is until he rows your bench like it's just the bar
Do you still do cable rows after implementing these?
Whenever i do these i feel it in my back like crazy
My absolute favorite machine! Love it for Chest, back, and obliques
Arnold, Lee Haney, Ronnie Coleman all did this.
How often u deadlift and when do you do rows? Should you do 2x a week deadlift and 3x a week on pull days row
you rounded your back way too much in your deadlift at end of video

The t-bar gets hate? From whom? Don't listen to whoever gives it hate. They obviously don't know much.
