If Iβm Portland, I would keep the pick and trade Dame to get as much draft capital as I can and build around Simons and Shaedon Sharpe

Portland should trade with Houston and get the number 4 pick plus future picks and draft Amen Thompson. His size would allow him to play with Lillard and potentially without him in the future and Houston have picks to give up. Scoot would go to Houston and a back court of Scoot/Green would be sick

Brandon Millers got some good attributes and can definitely be a starter in the league for a while but thatβs it, thatβs his ceiling. Picking him over Scoot would be a crime for Charlotte.
