Wyndham Clark impressed early during Round 2 of the 2023 U.S. Open, but there was plenty of golf ahead as stars like Tony Finau, Dustin Johnson, and Rory McIlroy gave chase on the crowded leader board at The Los Angeles Country Club.

The USGA is a nonprofit organization that celebrates, serves and advances the game of golf. Founded in 1894, we conduct many of golf’s premier professional and amateur championships, including the U.S. Open and U.S. Women’s Open. With The R&A, we govern the sport via a global set of playing, equipment, handicapping and amateur status rules. The USGA campus in Liberty Corner, New Jersey, is home to the Association’s Research and Test Center, where science and innovation are fueling a healthy and sustainable game for the future. The campus is also home to the USGA Golf Museum, where we honor the game by curating the world’s most comprehensive archive of golf artifacts. To learn more, visit https://www.usga.org.

  1. It's not too late to rebrand this embarrassing event as the John Deere Classic and play the real U.S. Open at a worthy venue sometime in August.

  2. This is a highlight video, but watching any of the coverage today did not feel like a US Open. I mean when have we seen 50 yard pitch shots like @6:52 in a US Open and having the entire group within 5ft of the hole. Like 3 hole in one on 15 thru 2 rounds, one of them was in like the first couple groups of the tournament on Thursday. Fairways on several holes like 1 are so damn wide, and running crazy speed. Its 7400 on the card but lot of these par 4s are playing with wedge in hand. Just not the US Open that we expected.

  3. The only thing that would have made this more LA is homeless tents along the 18th fairway. 🙂

  4. I love how they include five foot putts for birdie in the highlight reel. Fucking five feet, man. Only pros make that shit…

  5. The one tournament of the year you can count on that will prove a challenge to the top pros is the US Open. Not this year. Leader board scores are way too low for a US Open. This isn't supposed to be any old tournament. US Open has to do better and make this course more challenging.

  6. Is anyone else fed up with rahms’ on-course antics? The jerk misses a shot and throws a tantrum! Very childish, in my opinion.

  7. Kiki fowler is now sure of 30 majors in his mind. He might choke this major away cpme sinday kiki-style, but 30 majors are in his grip.

  8. Who edits this highlight real. It's a right mess 😂 also why just every good shot. Where's all the misses?

  9. I love Rickie because like many golfers, he could’ve been a real jerk especially when he was younger. He was rich, good looking, and had it all up. And through all that he remained a gentleman and a kind man
