I played the Wilson 50 Elite balls for a few winters and liked them. It’s hard to say if the performance was good, because cold, wet, and windy likely makes more of a difference than the ball.

Noodle, Bridgestone e60, Callaway super soft, sirxon feel soft are my favorites to play with.. almost tried the 50 elite, still might be something I may do in the future…

Very steady playing with almost identical yardage and swing tempo as my own.
It's crazy how there isn't much in a premium ball and a mid range ball. When there is less than a few yards in them it is definitely worth saving the $

Have you done a review in the Wilson Triad?
I play the elite in orange. Easy to tell my ball from my playing partners', and works as well as any ball a hacker like me needs. And I like that the color is gloss and not matte, so hopefully they keep making it. I do think a new version is out, so I'm wondering if it's any different from the previous generation in performance. Thanks for the review.
