2:45 – Maria, longest driver on tour, BUT one of the least accurate off the tee. Something I'm sure she's aware of. So what's the big deal? Hitting from the rough, means less GIR, lots of pressure on her putting. If I was working with Maria, I would tell her the truth, that she must find accuracy off the tee, EVEN IF that means shortening the distance. I can almost guarantee, once Maria finally lets go of the distance "thing" and focuses on keeping that ball in the fairway, her scoring will start to drop. And that's what makes champions, the willingness to change what's NOT working.
Again no Koreans! Why leave out your best players?
I could barely recognize Maria Fassi outside of her usual golf attire.
Btw, how many tour events does the lpga commissioner normally attend during the season?

$260 thousand for 1st place, same as the 20th place finisher on the PGA……..I wonder how these ladies can afford to travel internationally, pay a team and compete when even the PGA guys are always complaining about how hard it is to make a living on tour!?
Mina sure had a great US Open last yr. That Pine Needles course in NC pretty much ate everyone up, EXCEPT for Mina and Minjee.
Hope to see her play well this season. As her Notre Dame locker room sign post states- "Play Like A Champion Today".
This is a great series for fans. It’s a shame they don’t produce them more frequently.
