Love the vlog, I’m 64 and workout and do speed training!
Ok, lets talk seriously now. Pretty much all these exercises Jerome has been asked to do means nothing. Is it a good thing to be fit and strong…yes but, to be a great golfer no one needs to train like an Olympian. Some examples of great golfers who never worked out like this….Ben Hogan, who smoked a lot during play. How about Sam Snead, he probably did a few push ups ones in a while but, he didn't work out. Now, here's the best example of all…John Daley…we all know his story and he turned out to be pretty damn good. So, this young man in my opinion can accomplish the speed, flexibility and strength by simply doing pushups, stretching and running. All this stuff their putting him through is a waste of time. But hey, if he wants to waste time and money, more power to him!

This channel has gotten quite boring. Good luck becoming a scratch golfer, not golfing. You’re doing workouts that pros do to get 10 yards more to their near perfect swing. You need to humble yourself on the course, not in some AC facility doing workouts that are simple to any active human
