Could you ever see yourself using pyramid tees or something similar? Is this a massive red flag or maybe good for the environment?

  1. The winter matts we got are terrible trying to put tees in. I use these in winter saves time and stress.

  2. Nah …. Not for me but fill your boots if you like them. Who cares really

  3. I've got these in my bag from about 25 years ago when I started golf… A small par3 / 9hole course I played a little back then (Stirling University) had only mat tees where you could only really use these…they sold them at the starters hut.

  4. Our winter tees are a bit naff. The holes to put tees in are too wide on some tees, or not in the best spot for a driver in others (the longer shaft leaves me teetering off the box because the holes aren't close enough to the edge).

So I've bought some of these at the end of last winter, specifically for those days when the grass tees are out of commission. They take up very little space or weight in the bag. A solid addition.

Obviously back to the bamboo in the drier months, but there's deffo a time and a place for them. Also quite useful in some of the less well appointed driving ranges too.

  5. I like the idea of using tees that are 1) hard to lose, and 2) don't break and become trash on the tee box. Just from looking at these, I think they should meet both of those requirements. As a bonus, when the tee boxes are rock hard, I wouldn't have to struggle to get my ball teed up with these. They seem to be worth a try. How much do they cost?

  6. These are fantastic in winter when the grounds frozen and off a mat with the launch monitor. I wish the big one was a little higher for the driver.

  7. I got these for Christmas good for the driver. Problem was that the rubber broke and ironically I lost it. I do tie my castles together, I get through about 2 tees a year..
