Dude thats a myth ive seen plenty of great golfers and many ive taken tips from over the years you dont lift your head right away but you do need some head movement other wise youll stand there wondering wher'ed my ball go just to find it 100 yards away on a driver shot dont drive yourself crazy the moment you hit that ball it does NOT matter if your head is down up left or right as long as you swept it right off the grass with a good swing your good been everyone has their own way of playing find what suites you as you can see matt wolf didnt change anything from his swing and he is a PRO golfer

Do u keep a yardage book? Doesnt seem neseecary if you play the same course 20 30 times a years like me, i remember every shot past 5 rounds

I have to constantly remind myself to keep my head down after I hit the ball.
