You're very welcome to a round at Royal Norwich Mark
In addition: I find it beneficial (for me) to focus on making full turns with the right (trail) shoulder. (Sometimes the top of backswing is more of a "crunching" of the shoulders together instead of finishing the backswing with the right shoulder.) In doing this, you'll find that this is MUCH EASIER to do with a "tucked" right elbow than with one that's flying away from the body (ribcage). So ..practice both simultaneously. And yes …doing this helps prevent the dreaded "over the top" casting motion.
Mark you sir are my hero
Had worked on a similar drill but on the upswing i exaggerated the up and out path then brought the arm in on the swallowing out down swing. Took my 200-220 carry to 240-250ish and tightened up the dispersion as well
Thank you
