  1. Being a 6'6' tall ectomorph, ive been struggling with growing my lower body, but focusing on lower weights and higher volumes changed everything for me. I was wondering if you can dedicate an episode or two to taller athletes and what adjustments they need to make in different movements to perform the exercises better and grow (wider stance, grip etc), especially in squats, hack squats, leg press, RDLs, deadlift, romanian split squat etc. keep producing top notch content, im a huge fan!

  2. Dr Mike do you use the versalifts In weightlifting shoes already with a raised heel? I have sh*t ankle mobility and that sounds like a great solution!

  3. Last time I went that low on leg press I felt a pop in my lower rib cage and had to take a month off.

One of the key benefits of this channel, and there are too many to list is you really get a sense what true exertion of effort looks like with good form and in many instances not a ton of weight. Not to say you can't go heavy every now and then but if you think you JUST need to go heavy to get the appropriate level of muscle development, you really don't. Lots of other tricks in the bag, rest pause, slow reps, supersets, etc. And you can still make massive gains. thx Dr. Mike, this channel is a gift.
