i know this comments months late but i feel a pivotal part of Jons ego slipping was the fight with Rashad and how that was essentially a student becomes the master story if Jon didn't beat rashad he never could've been great, and Rashad exposing Jon for being fake for the person he is before we as an audience got to see it was important imo and we see some of "bones" too in the face to face interview between the two when Jon says Rashad is at the end of his career and and Rashad asks how bones replies "because I said so". but regardless great video
