This one feels very much like an overreaction about JJ. He’s been in the meetings via zoom. Spending time with family and doing charity work, putting on an event this weekend for his nonprofit. Was also at the Bears care gala, and the team doesn’t seem overly concerned. Doesn’t seem like a disgruntled guy with a contract issue, feels very speculative to suggest that.

If you watch the videos you’ll see where the questions cannot be heard so the response is without context. If the play calling is wildly off balance like last year Fields growth will be severely hampered once again. No qb will do well if the pass plays are minimal. Hopefully the guy calling the plays wakes up and provides the Bears with a more balanced offense with a lot more pass plays.

The launch of Intentional Ground coincided with my move away from Chicago, and you guys always made me feel like my finger was still on the pulse. DJ Moore forces Justin Fields to throw the ball. Not literally but in the sense of his ability to get open and make difficult catches which gives Justin confidence to throw the ball even without seeing him open first instead of like last season when wr weren’t getting significant separation or coming up with difficult catches.
