  1. Excellent job of breaking it down! It's probably the best I've seen in studying technique. Keep it up!

  2. Man really nice breakdown. I like the emphasis on pulling the head in the front headlock to force the opponent to put weight on the arm, allowing Bo to get past it into the go behind @ 9:14 Looking forward to more breakdowns

  3. BO NICKAL has to be one the top 2-3 if not the best freakishly talented pinners in the entire history of the sport. HE IS/WAS always going to shock and surprise me with some of the greatest pins in the sport i have ever witnessed. Like you said in the video, if you can get CAL SANDERSON so excited that he picks you up off your feet matside after a stunning win with an enormous child like smile you are truly off the charts at the highest level.

  4. Man guys like Bo nickal get a lot of credit but there are a lot of great hidden wrestlers around the world. Like for example the other day i went into my parents room and my mum was wrestling my dad who is much bigger and she looked like she was winning!

  5. what a great video, Im watching it for the second time. how to I sign up for the member videos, wont allow me to do it on the app

  6. Excellent video. Something that you didn't point out that I think is absolutely worth pointing out is that Bo often uses a front headlock on the opposite side of what most people do, which really throws people off defensively.

  7. It blows my mind how a wrestler can be so strategically aware of every single little move executed in a match. Its like theyre 10 steps ahead of the opponent every time.
