  3. I noticed that if I do fast, explosive repetitions, the load is too high-to example push-ups and with 10-12 kg dumbbells,then after exercise, my boxing speed decreases. If I do the last 1-3 repetitions slowly, after the exercise the boxing speed increases. Explosive ,fast repetitions are good to blood circulation, energy, muscle pumping, ligaments,etc. but 1-3 slow repetitions must also be practiced to speed with bare arms….

  5. good video mate; but around 3:15— elbow raises in plank. that's straight up triceps man most of my friends cant even do one because they don't work out regularly. It definitely works the muscles you listed, but hits triceps way more as soon as you lower down to elbow+extend back up. they're like sphinx pushups if not the same

  7. You pretty much saying you need to start slowly and after add some speed to your moves. If your bench press is 300lb with 180lb own weight – you can do all these quick moves to throw your body. All you do with explosive moves is burning energy and probably fat. Changing every workout to cardio. Pretty useless. Guys, train slowly, add weight instead of speed. If you can workout with double of your weight you can be as explosive as possible if needed. Dont chase speed-slowly and heavy- that’s the secret
