I’m a little curious with this commitment. I wonder if Lanning thinks Bryant is starter quality. Seems like that room is getting really full. Wonder if some more guys will transfer eventually. Was really hoping to get Z Franklin too from UTSA. He’s a game changer.
Here’s hoping he can contribute, but honestly there are so many talented WRs on the Ducks right now, I’m not sure where he’ll slot in. Franklin, Hutson, Kasper, Tez and Dickey I would all consider to be above him in the depth chart. But maybe this is a long term move, either way welcome to the Ducks GBJ!
I have been under the impression that the offense was in good shape and had depth. Franklin was a threat on offense. Bucky, Noah, and Jordan James also a threat when they get the ball. And the skies is the limit when you include people like T-Ferg at TE. But I guess I was wrong. I thought the emphasis was on fixing the defense. Oregon's defense had so many glaring problems that were obvious to everybody. I can understand a tweak here and there on Offense, but not bringing in another WR which I thought was already stacked. And so many people are again talking about a National Championship (from interviews before Spring Game). If that is what Dan the Man is going after, then I'm behind him 1000%.
