If you struggle with lower back pain or discomfort you have to do this!

Segmented Spinal Flex – in simpler terms, bending over and lengthening your spine!

Why? Because if your spine is compressed and not moving as well as it could, you’re not where you want to be and this will impact everything, including your ball striking!

The thing is, its pretty likely that your golf swing is causing the issues in the first place so working on this is a must if you want to shoot lower scores too!

What does this movement do? The main aim is to create more ‘space’ and freedom between the discs of your back which then gives them more room to move into creating way more movement and freedom for basically everything that you do.

You can do this with a club before or after you play, go deeper with support in the gym or load up and progress to the Jefferson Curl to really feel like you’re making a difference!

And if your lower back isn’t tight? Do this anyway! Improving your movement and looking after your spine is never a bad thing and will help you now and into the future as well!
