  1. I've found that for me, and I'm only a sample of one, maintaining a light grip pressure is paramount for getting a good release. I think back to the snapping a wet towel motion.

  2. Thanks for this video. I have a problem coming over the top been working on coming from inside for a while now that I do, it has made me have that dragging the handle threw, definitely going to take these tips to the range today. What speed would you swing when experimenting with when to start turning the wrists.

  3. Seems like key to not flipping, is to make sure shoulders are more open at impact than they were at setup?
