It’s a fair ranking because he has to prove himself in the passing game. He has improved personnel around him now so it’s a big year for him. No more excuses.

Chris Simms needs to look in the mirror before judging anyone. JF is better now than Simms ever was.
If we are going by his passing game from last year? I would put him last, no passing game whatsoever outside that 1 steelers game, this year he will have 0 excuses

Simms said Kellen Mond was 2nd or 3rd to His No1 QB Zach Wilson. Zach Wilson over Trevor Lawrence, then Mond maybe. Then he had Mac Jones really high. Trey Lance 5th. Didn't have Fields in his top 5. How did that work out? Only Fields and Lawrence are starters.

well they had him 23 and u had him 17, thats not that big of a difference now is it? Also regardless of which one of those 2 places hes ranked at, neither is good, he needs to take a big step up this year and break into the top 10, he has an offense around him that is top 12 in the league easily right now, and its time to either step up or bears gotta get another QB drafted by Poles something Justin is not. This is a big year for Justin and the bears, if we have a bad season and another high draft pick, we shall know the answer to that question.

Mond is out of the Nfl I think sadly, he did have talent. Zach Wilson needs to develop and I think will be a really good QB for Jets when Rodgers retires. He was just thrown in a bad spot no development. Immature. Bears have developed Fields. Arm motion, now footwork. Trey Lance is a Bust likely. Even developing him I don't think he has it between the ears. Fields has that Jordan, Brady, Lebron, Kobe personality and drive. Lawrence is pretty good, he does throw at WRs not where they will be but he is developing into a Phillip Rivers level player. Fields is about to be a Mvp. Fields will win 1 or 2 🏆 for Da 🐻.

Simms was around DC Belechick, HC Parcels, OC Tom Coughlan (Giants SB coach). LT, his dad. A lot of Genius as a kid. He took over and got a shot in TB for Josh Freeman who they should of kept. He was very talented. Simms was horrible. Look, something genius in the 90s could be outdated today. Look at Belechick, he has to cheat. Been caught 5 times we know of at least. Game evolves.
Fields hasn't done anything yet. Let's see if he can perform.

I will say this right now Mark it down the Boston Celtics will end up winning the series and I know it's never happened before being down 3 games to nothing but saying that they will have spent so much energy to win this series it will be an easy out for Denver to win the title

You can't rate him too high right now with low passing yards no matter how high his rushing yards are! This season his rushing yards will go down and his passing yards will go way up! Bear down!

I have no problem with Simms he at least is giving his honest opinion on a Qb with 5 wins in two years only 2000 yard passing . Who lead the league in sacks and lost his last 8 games including 0=6 vs the NFC North. 23 is generous
Chris is as good of an analyst as he was a quarterback.
Simms has something against fields. If Zach Wilson had the season Fields had individual stats wise he would’ve had Zach Wilson in the teens.
