  2. Greg is the type of guy to put a fake reaction of Bradley to prove everyone that cuban Press is the best exercise for the shoulders even if its dangerous for your rotator cuff

  3. Just do dedicated rotator cuff and anterior delt training so they are not improperly loaded.

    If you want to go heavy on the press, you risk the rotator cuff.

    If you go light for the rotator cuff, your delts receive less stimulation.

    Do it separate.

  4. Lol I don’t know shit about lifting I just understand common sense, you’re training two different movement patterns, one of which is far less capable of being loaded. You either injure yourself, or get fuck all from the movement in terms of training the stronger half…

  5. Yeah that rotation part i was only able to it with 12lb when started then on to 20lb now i can do 30lb and it is so benifical for your shoulders

  6. It’s working the rotator cuff aswell right? Thats the only thing I can see that is useful compared to normal ohp

  7. Since the guy in the video gave no reaction I’ll give mine. On the portion where you bring the weight up into the shoulder press position weaker muscles are being loaded with a lot of weight. At the shoulder press position it will be to small of a load to promote growth because you had to lower the weight so the first step was possible. Try it out and see what you think but that’s my two cents.
