Contested each May, the PGA Championship is the second major championship in golf’s annual rotation, and perennially features the strongest field in the men’s game based on the Official World Golf Rankings. Known for dramatic finishes and notable champions, the Wanamaker Trophy—which has been awarded to the winner since 1916—is inscribed with names such as McIlroy, Woods, Nicklaus, and Player. The 2024 PGA Championship is set to take place between May 16–19 at Valhalla Golf Club. The reigning champion is Brooks Koepka.

That hole-in-one gives me goosebumps
The shivers I got each time I saw the slam dunk were insane.
😊luck 🤞 it went in how 😅 great Michael Ireland happy for you
Great story and such an inspiration. Love how he took it all in his stride. Hope he can keep going..why not.
What a guy! Love it
What a great week of golf. Super hard course, Really nice guy comes out of nowhere and plays at a top level, capped off with a hole in one.
Congratulations on exceptional ball striking, and tremendous touch with the flat stick. Great, easy swing to repeat.
To get paid to play a round of golf with Rory, does it get any better than that?
i wanted a corny narrator talking the whole video
There walks a man who won't need to pay for a drink at his home club for many a year.
Im not to familiar with golf. What is the story behind block?
It was great and a shame he is dead last in the first round today..
can anyone etell me where i can read about about him? ive been trying to find some info but all i can find is just like news saying "PGA coach playing with rory" "fairytale week" or something, why was it so special? (not trying to downplay what he did or anything, really impressive performance, just want to stay informed)
What a poser this guy will turn out to be
The way he finished that tournament is one of the greatest things I've seen….
The physical mental and emotional fatigue alone is insane…. on a major course layout for four rounds…. and everyone is watching…. at 46?
And he's an authentic man of the people.
Took more attempts to get the ball out of the hole than to get it in. 😂
Today he shot +9. He said that if he had Rory's distance, he could be 1 of the best in the world. He's already a hotdog because of his good play for 1 week. I hope he plays better tomorrow or he'll be known as a flash in the pan, or a 1 hit wonder for missing the cut.
Could not happen to a better guy. He is first class all the way . Congratulations! Thank you for the thrill of a lifetime. The hole in one is for the sport history books
GREAT STORY!!!!!
You could never in your life write a script that amazing. That whole 4 days was a pleasure to watch.
You can't fake the joy Rory had for Michael on that hole in one. Rory is a class act.
Oops, he’s dead last after +11 first round score post. This game is flipping difficult and not for the average Joe.
Hope he joins LIV!
Guess I'm the only person in the world that thinks he comes off a bit douchey
PGA are forcing us to forget about this year's champion with this guy (who basically did an underdog story)
Imagine making a HIO and it NOT being his best thing of the day, maybe not even top 3 for the week.
hes gonna get more lessons now 😂
Rory did it go in, Rory? Did it go in?
Rory that went in?
