  1. Not an exercise for beginners and can be very dangerous if you don't have good form. Much safer to do Hyper Extensions, DL and RDLs

  2. Can you please do another video but even more technical with breathing, hinging tips, head position, and anterior/posterior pelvic positioning help with tips!!!

  4. This is how Bruce Lee put himself out of action for a while. Be careful guys. It took him a year to recover and he lived with back pain the rest of his life.

  5. I feel like a reverse hyper will target the same muscles and be less dangerous for most people. I could be wrong tho

  6. Could also do bent over rows, deadlifts and RDLs. All of which engage the entire posterior chain
