No. No one does this. Just deadlift for low back.

Not an exercise for beginners and can be very dangerous if you don't have good form. Much safer to do Hyper Extensions, DL and RDLs

This one can easily fk your back up and me dealing with back pain for years am always scared to do this
As a strong guy I do these with a broomstick and feel it alot don't do it heavy
seems like a great way to hurt your back compared to all your other shorts

I’m always doing it afraid, I don’t even increase the weight that much
I feel like a reverse hyper will target the same muscles and be less dangerous for most people. I could be wrong tho

just use a back extension machine in your gym, do it every time you are at it

Jefferson curl is the proper exercise to bulletproof the lower back.

If you have access to a reverse hyper machine. I would honestly recommend that over these.
Well i just rather stick to hyper extensions. Lot safer.
Could also do bent over rows, deadlifts and RDLs. All of which engage the entire posterior chain
