The pro v1* star was around before the X and they stopped making for the X in about 2004. It was the ball I played in high school and my favorite one I have ever played.

Interesting video gents. Another YouTube channel did robot testing for high, mid and slow swing speeds looking at a range of golf balls. According to their analysis, the Titleist Pro V1X left dash was the longest ball for BOTH the 105-120mph and the 90mph and below swing speeds.
