As a corporate coach, Michael has helped many struggling C-Suite and business development professionals positively transform their skills. Michael has worked with the Dallas Cowboys, American Equity Life Insurance Co, Puritan Financial and many other large and small organizations. Michael’s work as a coach has earned a recommendation from Dallas Cowboy Executive Jerry Jones Jr., who said, “I believe in the saying, ‘You can’t teach what you don’t know, and you can’t lead where you won’t go.’

When it comes to selling…Michael can teach and lead it all day long.”

Michael began his career in the Air Force, and as a decorated serviceman, earned military medals during his 4-years of service. In his business career, additionally Michael has won numerous awards including Insurance agent of the year (4Years) and Top Insurance Agent in the country with Life and Annuity.

Giving back to the community is important to Michael, as he has sat on many non-profit boards and has worked with charities globally, including serving an orphanage in Mexico where he built homes for the disadvantaged and volunteering with churches at a senior level. Michael has also been a member of leading leadership organizations such as World Presidents’ Organization (WPO), and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
