  1. As good at putting things into words as he is putting four great rounds of golf together.

  2. It was Seves birthday and also the 40th anniversary of last Seves masters win. What a date to remember.

  3. Brooks pretty much run out of steam and when the big man went past him it was bye bye senor.

Rahm has been in contention in virtually every tournament he has played in the last 6 months which is hard to do in modern golf – he is the rightful No1.

This week showed he is maturing as a golfer who simply hangs about and waits until something good comes their way – these are the type of golfers who win multiple majors.

Rory needs to get himself a proper caddie – it's a 2 man game why play with 1 man short at the elite level. He won't win another major until he gets that sorted as sometimes 2 minds are better than 1.

  4. Must be a nightmare being a Spanish golfer. Anything you win, from the Saturday medal to the Masters, you gotta thank Stevie. I'm sure JM Olazabal can't wait to snuff it so he can finally get some credit for Spanish golf. What about Manuel Pinero?? Never mentioned. They're nearly as bad as Man United players and fans still thanking Sir Alex and Booby Bloody Charlton!
