For the first time since 2004, neither Nadal nor Djokovic will be in the Rome final 🤯
People this is the natural way things will go for Djoko … he is a 36 year old man that has to run left and right all the time defending … so from now on he will be loosing more and more … he DOES NOT have the tennis skills of A FEDERER, that can curry him to his 37nth or 38th year still winning slams … he knows how to return and wait for the opponent to make the error and so win a point a match a tittle … he doesnt have the skills to come to the net so he can not make the points shorter or attack first and so this is his fate … i mean no matter how many "vitamins" and "special food" if your opponent is 19 AND CAN ALSO RETURN WELL (Like Rune did here or Alcaraz) Djokovic will have no chance of wining another major tittle

Rune, like Alcaraz is playing a level that is above the level of the "good players" on tour and clearly he will be a world No. 1 soon, brilliant performance, composure, accuracy, power, agility….and mental strength.
Novak has not found his true level yet, as in 2015/2016, his length is way too short and he makes it easy for lightning fast opponents like Rune/Alcaraz to get to his returns and hence cannot take them out of the court to create the winners….Having said that, I know his level will improve as he knows his game is well under par (at the moment) and will not see victories against them at this performance/proficiency level….I still believe that he will win the French..thats what great players do..him being arguably the greatest we have seen….ever.
Novak will finish on 22 slams. Mark my words.

Bullshit he wasn't outplayed, like many saying here. Clearly he wasn't at his best yet (misses just a tick of confidence, and too many UE's), and even then he was super close to a comeback in the third set. Make this a best of 5 and Rune never wins.

I'm a Fed fan before Djokovic. I remember when Djokovic fans would trash talk so much about Federer (when Fed was still active), and now the tables have turned and Djokovic is starting to lose to somebody "younger" than him 🤣. And now comes all the salty Djokovic fans with their "excuses" 🤣🤣. Talk about a taste of their own medicine. I like Djokovic myself, but I'm not part of the toxic/rudeness of Djokovic fan base.
