Got a super-cool tennis serve power drill to share with you called “The Twist Rotation Drill,” which lets you generate more power from your back hip.

A lot of players just bend their knees when they serve, but they don’t twist back and down, which causes them to leave 5 – 10 mph on the table, easy.

  1. Should the amount of twist and hip rotation depend on whether you’re left or right eye dominant? I’m right handed and right eye dominant and find that I “lose” the ball if I twist too much.
