Over 160 colleges and universities offer full tuition scholarships for Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) to eligible students who commit to serving in the Navy or Marine Corps after graduation. In addition to financial assistance, students in the program gain leadership skills, physical fitness training and exposure to military culture. Learn about opportunities available to NROTC graduates such as careers in aviation, surface warfare, submarines, special operations and more.
NROTC graduates are also equipped with skills that are valuable in the civilian workforce, such as leadership, discipline and teamwork. LCDR Mitchell is a NROTC graduate from Morehouse College, former Division II athlete, former P-8A pilot and an HR professional based in Mountain View.
