1) Tilt
2) Arm Position
3) Hand Position
4) Ball Position
5) Lower Body Position
In this video, I discuss these aspects and more.
About the Single Plane Golf Swing
The Single Plane golf swing is not a quick fix golf technique. It is a system, beginning at address, that simplifies the most important moment of the golf swing – impact.
Starting at address on two planes where the arms hang straight down at address, the Conventional golf swing is complicated. Because the arms are hanging straight down, a conventional golfer must lift the body into impact creating stress on the back.
This upward movement to accommodate the two planes is unnecessary.
The Single Plane Golf swing simplifies the golf swing by eliminating the need for the upward movement by starting and impacting on the same plane.

Todd another great video, as usual. Great content.

Excellent reminder of the basics, Todd! I tend to grip before getting into my stance. I will try it your way!

Hey Todd. I’ve been using the SPS now for a few months and I love it. I have two issues. 1) pulling shorter clubs left PW, 9 iron. 2) How high should your hands be at address with driver ? It’s seems to work better for me the higher I left them. Thanks keep up the good work Moe would be proud of you ❤
Aiming with club heel is magical for single plane swing. By the way I changed my grip after address instead grip first and have solid shot.
Great stuff, Coach! I am in the coaching program, just had one of the coaches tell me to have my chest pointing at the ball to help get forward bend correct at address. This seems to be what I've been missing, and now that I'm looking for it in your videos it's all I see…chest pointing at the ball. Is this accurate with all shots?
My biggest issue I noticed is my head on the downswing moves away from the ball and I lose posture and get inconsistent toe strikes. Any way to work on keeping the head position the same? I don't mind it going up and down a little but feels impossible to keep it from moving back and away from the ball
I am a single plane golf, butt I’m still having problems fading the ball to the right is that because my club is not choir or my feet or not wide enough apart could you give me a little bit of input thank you but I’m enjoying the single plane swing I did have my first hole-in-one back in March
Been using Moe's swing for nigh on 12 months now here in the UK, how do I get the key element side bend at a consistent degree time after time after time? Thanks Todd for bringing the swing of Moe to the Globe!
The mechanics just makes sense….Thank you
