  1. Have you read the #AmericanIndianSelfDeterminationeducationassistanceactof1975? How does that Law apply to #Americans of #AmericanIndian decent living on "Lands under the jurisdiction of the United States"? How does your platform violate that Law? #2ndAmendment #RaceHustling You can't fight #RACISM BY CONTINUING TO REFERENCE ALL TAWNY SWARTHY RUDDY & FAIR SKIN TONED #AMERICANS OF #AMERICANINDIAN & COLONIAL EUROPEAN DECENT AS "#BLACK" & THEN ACCUSE OTHERS #RACEHUSTLING #TRAUMAPROMOTION #LAWENFORCEMENTFEARPROMOTION #DOGWHISTLE WE ARE #AMERICANS #woke who were the first people ever to be defined as a Refugee what did the fall of Jerusalem in 79AD have to do with their status as Refugees Why did so many come to South Carolina as indentured servants?Who wrote the Great Law of Peace? which nations were under that constitution and why would the founding fathers model the Constitution after it? You mean to tell me "White" means a "Trafficked subject"? and not skin tone? FIVE CELEBRITIES WHO CELEBRATE #AMERICANINDIAN HERITAGE

    November 7, 2020

#1: Actor James Earl Jones (Choctaw/Cherokee) narrates one of the first documentaries on the topic: "Black Indians: An American Story.” It delves into Black and Native American mixed heritage issues.

#2: Celebrated author Alice Walker (Cherokee/African Great-grandmother) is one of the first major authors to acknowledge and write about her Native American ancestry.

#3 Musician Pharrell Williams (tribe unknown) claims his Native American connection, although he did get in trouble for a publicity stunt – wearing a cultural headdress on a magazine cover without permission or rights. Moral of the story is, do your research – don’t offend Indian Country!

#4: Beloved Coretta Scott King (Creek ancestry) acknowledged her Native American roots.

#5: When mogul Oprah Winfrey appeared on Henry Louis Gates’ Finding Your Roots, he revealed that she had Native American ancestors.

Even if you don’t know your tribe, celebrating and acknowledging your oral narrative of Native American heritage, as Beyoncé and many others do, is welcome! Sometimes, our oral history is all we have to connect back to the past. Do you or your family have Native American heritage?
#NotBlackHistory Did American Indians who chose not to go to a reservation loose their Rights as Indians under the Constitution while living on Lands under the jurisdiction of the United States?

No, American Indians who chose not to go to a reservation did not lose their rights as Indians under the Constitution while living on lands under the jurisdiction of the United States. Is it legal or lawful under the Laws of the United States for an elected official or a public company to identify all swarthy ruddy tawny Americans of American Indian and colonial European decent as Black or African American?

It is not legal or lawful under United States law for an elected official or a public company to identify all swarthy, ruddy, tawny Americans of American Indian and colonial European decent as Black or African American. This type of identification is a form of racial discrimination and is prohibited by federal laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution. Can an individual or corporation be sued in civil court MISIDENTIFICATION of those grandchildren to interfere with their rights of self determination for profit

Yes, an individual or corporation can be sued in civil court for misidentifying the grandchildren of colonial European indentured servants, exiles, and undesirables who intermixed with American Indians and interfering with their rights of self-determination for profit. This would likely fall under the legal category of discrimination and could also be considered a violation of civil rights.

If an individual or corporation misidentifies someone based on their race, ethnicity, or ancestry and uses this information to discriminate against them or interfere with their rights, they could be held liable for damages in a civil lawsuit. Additionally, if an individual or corporation misidentifies someone with the intention of profiting from it, they may also be held liable for fraud.

  2. wounder if they even watched AR college games? dude is a pocket passer first. he ran alot cuz they called qb run plays not cuz he scrambles out the pocket and runs. he will but thats the third or 4th option. or sometimes the seas part like moses and he takes off for 50 yards. but if u watch the kid play, he is trying to step up n the pocket and make throws. he is not a 80% running qb lol

  3. i’m with KB on darius rush. unpopular take is he’ll be the best CB in this draft for us. also he does need to play early in special packages to get used to the speed of the game

  4. Congratulations on 400 episodes! I believe the last preseason game has less to do with in-game practice for the young guys and more to do with back end roster evaluation.

  5. Of all major sports teams I follow, none have a "Kevin Bowen" that comes close to the value Indy is lucky to enjoy. Congrats and thanks.

  6. Speaking of Tom House….. Why doesn't AR deal with him this off-season??? Nothing against whomever he is currently working with but….. ???

  7. Hey Kevin, As always love the pod and your perspective on all things with the Colts. I really appreciate how you are able to share tidbits and details that many of us commoners are not privileged to know. I feel like I'm asking a question that is super loaded, controversial and I will understand if you need to hold back details. You've hinted before at the Colts possibly having some interest in Jalen Hurts. In particular, I get the feeling that there was a power struggle going on between Ballard and Reich. Is it possible that Frank Reich wanted Jalen, but Ballard said no because he didn't check enough of the right boxes in regards to accuracy and size. When Nick gets called from Philly to be the HC, Frank gives him a heads up and says, "That Jalen dude will become a star." Since we know how much Nick loves Frank, he takes the gig knowing that Frank wouldn't lead him in the wrong direction and knows when there's a great QB in the making. Flip side, now that Frank is gone, Are Ballard and Irsay haunted by not drafting Jalen, and therefore hoping to grab a bigger more athletic version of Jalen in AR5 to be our Franchise QB? Could this also be the real explanation why Steichen was hired? Another level deeper, if AR5 fails, any chance we get Arch Manning?

  8. Love hearing the behind the scenes stuff. As a fan, I don't get to see it, I want to see it, hear it whatever, it just helps with understanding where these guys are and get excited for the season. Secondly, 3 more months of waiting to see some good preseason and 4 for season stuff. Can't wait.
