That dugout footage made me miss Chris Bassitt already. Nothing against Quintana, but I really wish CBass were still on this staff for his intelligence and craftiness, which I've appreciated since watching him take the ball every fifth day in Oakland for several seasons before he became a Metropolitan.

Really wish we could have kept Bassitt. Such an inning eater and grinder. Yeah $20 for him is pretty steep, but we could have signed a high AAV for the first two years and less in the third year. Too late now.
