Ahhhh, thanks!
I was really surprised by the names Berry was able to get this offseason. I understand there are limited positions available around the league, but Berry pulled some really valuable people like Ventrone really easily. Shows that he has a pretty good rep around the league.
Mike tomlin might be the only coach I can think of who hasn’t had growing pains 🤔
2:24 FACTS
Q, love the video.
After yesterday’s video. I went looking for the Bills Symphony and ran across Quincy’s acting chops video.
You want $75 a week or $75 a night.
Great stuff Q! 😅
It's start with the organization an down
I had never heard about the jellybean experiment.good one Q
Love the way you add more than football. Your commentary on how to be in life is super dope. Diamonds my friend
Belichick took the Browns to the playoffs in his 4th year. And we would have been there in '95 (started off 3-1, including a beat-down of a Chiefs team that would start the year 10-1) if not for the move. He had things going in the right direction.
one question tell me how the brown's fixed their coaching staff ? when they are yet to play one game together ! the season has not started yet, when is that late august ? just asking
The right to criticize!? I think that's stupid. Vox Populi, Vox Dei
Starting to see Quincy in more and more browns articles, linked or sourced. Good on you man, keep growing and grinding.
I think The Browns hiring of Jim Swartz was better than anyone that got so far this offseason
Quincy is going all guru on us. love it. who needs therapy when you got the Qman!
100% Q! Thank you for articulating my feelings towards the changes made at SR coaching.
They did an outstanding job of replacing or throwing out the trash and bringing in great replacement!
Why was the colts special teams guy available if they were so good??
Issue since 99!!!? How many qurterbacks Go Brown's 🏈
Freedom and football
All in do or die season 🏈🏈🇺🇸 Go Brown's always 🇺🇸🏈 Go Buckeyes National championship 🇺🇸 Thanks for the show
David better be grown and catch the Ball
BROWNS WIN 7 GAMES PERIOD BE REALISTIC ITS THE BROWNS
Stefanski is a very good offensive mind,I noticed after he made Baker look like a QB other teams began to copy some of what our offense was doing.
It’s always been Browns fans first thing out of there mouths has been to fire this one that one but that’s not a good way to build a culture and direction. The team made some decisions this offseason that could of been done last year but again growing pains with a young coach.
We’re in a position now where we have cash, personnel and great coaches and the desire to be champions,we’re almost there we will win atleast 10 games and be a WC this year
Keep bringing it Q,Great stuff as always!
Superb insights, analysis
Again another time I'll say it I don't have to stress on another browns season as long as there ain't any big time players injured ☺️
Since Stefanski the Browns was a average team knocked the door to the playoff and won 26/32 losses just like any good coach are doing as well
Q, thanks for the great content.
I notice no mention that many of us saw Woods as a failure 2 years ago.
Last year, knew that for Stef to remain as HC he would have to adapt for Watson to succeed. I had my doubts, but he has made those changes to evolve his offense. Good for him. Now we have to see how successfully he can run that offense. His future depends on it.
They interviewed Stefanski around Thanksgiving time and asked him what his favorite Thanksgiving dish is. The guy couldn't even say one type of food.
He said "whatever is put in front of me".
Sorry but I prefer a head coach that can answer a simple question like what's your favorite Thanksgiving dish.
Ownership had to have been behind the changes in the coaching staff and the personnel department. Or these guys (Depodesta, Berry, Stefanski) would have ran in back for '23 with minimal changes to staff and player acquisition guidelines.
I know the video is about the coaches and not the gm. But Im gonna say this right now and its absolutely true. If people get what they want, if the browns clean house, if andrew berry is fired, it will be the 2nd biggest mistake this organization has ever made (1st being moving to baltimore). It doesn't matter how bad the Browns are next year, it doesn't matter if the firing is absolutely justified, it doesn't matter if they go 0-17. Firing AB would be a big mistake, period. That man is going to build a super bowl winning team, multiple times over. Its up to the browns whether or not they want to be one of them. That's my hot take, my prediction of the future. I don't care if I'm right or not, if we fire Berry, whatever, Ill still be a Browns fan even if we suck for 20 more years.
But I believe my prediction is right.
Let's call it as it is…Stefanski put his reputation on the line for DEI. Joe Woods had to fail miserably to allow the Browns to fire him…more than any other coach because of the PR ramifications. Everyone knew Joe Woods was not a top defensive coordinator year 1. Failing to stop a 2nd string QB in 2nd round of the playoffs from running 10 yards is all we needed to see, but we have to pain it out a few more years to fire him to appease the social condition of the world. Joe Woods should have been fired after the KC game. But I get why he was not.
