  1. Guys google "Cody Rhodes" if you want to see a WWE athlet with this kind of injury. It actually healed after a surgery and after only half a year he was back in the ring.

  2. I wish a good and speedy recovery… Surgery needed? Definitely this is painful. Had that sound ripping my syndesmose, skiing. I was not able to walk properly for a few months.

  3. Almost every time I see a pic tear injury, it's after a long break wland they get back into the gym trying their old p.r to see if they've still got it.

Thor took an enourmous 2 years off for boxing, he really needed a few bench sessions to recondition his muscles for heavy tension before trying the old p.r again

  4. What horror, he must have hurt himself very badly! But already, all these tattoos are horrible too and it shows the stupidity of this world.

  5. I stopped powerlifting a few years ago after realizing how destructive it is for your body. This is further proof I made the right choice.

  6. ouch… i KNOW how fu¢ked up it is to say this, but it was my first thought when i read about his injury:

    "that ones for Oberyn"

i am really sorry and i hope he recovers back to 100%

but goddammit, that scene and those characters and the outcome traumatized me and left an enduring emotional scar that cut deep

and i am STILL not over it

  7. Beyond full range of motion, really wide grip on the rep. Hopefully he’s recovery goes well. 💪🏽🙏🏽

  8. That’s gotta be embarrassing for him. The dude walks around weighing that much and he can’t even bench 600 lbs without injuring himself.

  9. Wow i could hear that snap and it sounded horrible… Poor Thor boiiiii i guess he's gonna be out for a year to heal that

  10. lol. what is with fat dudes shooting roids and trying to lift heavy shit? wouldnt you rather be chiseled and look good? so dumb…
