After a hugely successful first episode The Golf Mix is back for episode two and it’s packed with tips, drills and information to help you raise your game and lower your scores.
In this months episode I help Richard make a huge swing change with his irons helping him hit the ball more solid, further and with more consistency, Richard also takes on the 143yd challenge with a crazy ending!
I show you what you can learn from Tiger Woods’ golf swing and The Golf Lab is also back and this test will really shock you!

Love it. It would be great if YouTube gave you the option to insert pointers at show breaks so they could insert commercials there, rather than in the middle of a segment.
I am a 24 handicap, and no matter what I do, on the course, my game is inconsistent and my drives are either straight or it hooks right. My irons aren't two bad, but if I miss it's to the left. I want to improve my game, and I wanted your opinion on this question. I am playing with irons that I had fitted many years ago, probably about 15 years or so. I playing with a driver that I bought off the shelf. Would you recommend being fitted for a whole new set of irons and new woods to improve my game quickly, or would it be better to keep the clubs I have, and practice more or take more lessons? Which would improve my game the quickest in your opinion?
what is the info and link for Joe maccro golf fitness? thanks
Another great video Chris. Great content and different to other utube coaches. No wonder Golf Australia magazine describe you as one of the top 100 most influential people in golf. Well done.
was surprised by the yards longer I was guessing about 15 yards
These boys are definitely fibbing about their handicaps! Only handing good cards in 😀
Very entertaining and picking up some ideas from other people. Looking forward to the next one.
I've been watching your instruction for quite a while now but really enjoying this golf mix series, covering a variety of issues in each episode is a winner 👍
Hands down the best most informative golf instruction out there. Love this format. Please keep them coming.
love this format of videos! awesome content
Love this format, more, please. More on-course
playing …..
Always enjoy your content. Simple language and demos for the swing and effective drills. I really enjoy this new series!!!
Love this, thanks,
Hey Chris – love the show and especially the lesson tee, ask Chris and live lesson. I've been using your "ultimate Ball Strike" course which is fantastic. I use a 4 and 5 hybrid (getting on in years and find them easier to hit) and wondering if I should be thinking about the swing as per your comments on the 3 wood in part 4. Love to hear your thoughts on hybrid swing differences either on this show or one of your other short videos
Great video. I’m off 1 but swing looks like a higher handicap. So when you showed that 2 handicapper I guessed way less than Chris’s 10. Love that part of the golf mix. Rich looks like a single figure handicapper. He’ll be winning lots of club competitions with that 25 handicap.
Hi Chris, love the new format, and a good build on ep1. Maybe consider rebranding the next episode now you have a name eg "Golf Mix ep3: xxx" as I only happened to find this one by seeing it was on your video list and a longer format to your usual ones, so making it easier to find would be good. Also, time stamps on the video are probably good too. Otherwise, thanks for the tips, there's some really good stuff in these videos
Brilliant espiode Chris, even better than the first!
wonder how much the short game correlates with the full swing ability… like aweful looking full swing but great handicap. I guess like "not a scratch golfer" youtuber
Chris I Absolutely love your new format of training videos ! There seems 2B something that can help make game with every new posting…. Thanks again !
Great show …. keep it 👆
Love the format.
Great video and format, very entertaining and can’t wait to see more in the future!
This format is incredible. Love it!!!!!!!! Very creative and love the different segments. I watch hundreds of hours of golf videos a month and this is top-notch.
How do I get in touch with you? Interested in the fitness advice. Thanks
Chris…love this format. Love the tips and bringing on another brilliant golf coach to give their perspective is priceless. Well done!!
Outstanding! Truly one of the best golf instructors on YouTube with a very unique but entertaining format with great instruction as always!
Man I enjoyed this. I would love it if you did it weekly. Al was great by the way.
Hi Rick I’m looking to gain more speed with the driver. Help
This format is great Chris! I’d put golf mix in the title tho just to separate it 👍
Great content as always Chris. However, it's very unfair to you to try to guess someone's handicap on one swing (esp. from the driver which is only used about a dozen times a round). I've seen some very average swings from low handicappers…however, when they get around the green, they are magicians. Thanks for the video.
Great show. Good coverage and mix. Liked the re-branding. Keep up the great content Chris. Thanks
I have a feeling Chris’s guesses were more accurate than we think. Clearly he’s been sandbagged lol
Best exercise program to help clear hips Chris ?
Can you include some fixes for shanks…..is it posture, club path or am I just going to chip and run for the rest of my golf game ( always happens when I’m using wedges to green)……great format, love it.
Loved your new format, lots of fun at the same time meaningful training info. Love it.
Love this format. Great idea, well executed. 👏
Love the honesty Chris…. you could have easily edited the video to get closer to guessing them lads handicap. Honesty is key 👌🤜🤛
I would guess the biggest factor would be spin. You will get less and less spin the more tape you put on.
Thanks Chris, I hit a flying last year that boggles my brain, 175 out from the light rough, hit a 7i figuring I would lose some , I flew the green by 30 yards
Really enjoyed. Watched till the end. Can we have some voices covering chipping. Arm and flippy hands, just can’t get it consistently right.
I sent you a message on Instagram and you didn’t reply 😢
Wow! That's exactly what happened to me a couple of days ago. There was a light rough, the ball was pretty high there and it just flew! Big surprise! 🙂 Now I understand. Thanks a lot Chris!
Well done Chris – really informative, and a great mix of content. Keep it up
Think you have fallen victim to the new handicap system.. It's what your capable of scoring 20% of the time not an average
This is my exact problem coming down too steep, it seemed like you fixed his swing so easy, I need your help. Please fly to Michigan lol
wish you would do more of these… fun to watch! that student results were amazing
My fliers are my 'best' shots!
Chris… been a subscriber for some time, love your common sense approach and really impressed by the new format…
No way is Ross a 2 Hcp, I had him in the teens.
Great format, excellent instruction and insight.
Thanks
