I celebrated that goal, ran around the house screaming til I got back to the telly and saw Bamford with a gormless look on his face. Sad times.
did not rate bamford in the championship would have thought by the second season in the prem he would be gone
Like your "no no" expression. Hilarious. Bamford has to go no matter what. Unless Gnonto and Javi had some serious argument, I don't see why Gnonto not playing for the last two games! Time will tell.
Watched the match again. How come nobody talked about how Ayling screwed up on the goal? He didn't get back far enough & then jogged back toward the box. You can't catch Vardy that way. Also, why isn't Javi using McKennie in the box on setplays? Crazy. He's got one of the best vertical leaps on the squad & has scored big headers. Javi is terrible. Somehow Aaronson is getting blamed for being poor. Roca, Ayling & Bamford were all terrible in the last 20 minutes. Jack disappeared, too.
How many chances do we need? U can’t keep doing this and expect to stay in the PL. after NF result we now are need a miracle turn around. Between the manager and Pb we threw away what could be our last chance.
Bamford has cost Leeds 3 games this season.
People been driving me mad all day trying to excuse Bamford. No excuses, you simply cannot miss those chances, it’s what sends you down. I’m completely done with Javi too, just hope he drops his ego and allows gnonto and Rutter to actually play games in the future. The way this guy didn’t make any proactive subs at 1-1 was scary. At 1-0 you can maybe excuse a lack of tactical awareness and misjudging the state of the game but at 1-1 he flat out shown that he was content with a draw, that’s nothing but cowardice and i cannot accept that.
The way Orta has done deals with Roca and Firpo, who both have large % sell on clauses. Why would it not make sense that says if Gnonto makes X game this season, then we ha e to pay a larger fee.
I have seen better players miss from there that but it is real disappointing I can’t lie. Overall, our previous wanted a striker in the summer transfer window but that didn’t happen…so we are left with an ‘international striker’ lol. So many mistakes but we can’t be so harsh. It happens but we just got to be positive until the end. He may come up trumps, he may. Let’s trust the manager and back him….never know…may do an Arteta? Overall a mad and crazy season where we have been lucky to not be bottom with this squad as unbalanced as it is.
I don't know how this group of people on the board can see the things Bamford does over and over again, and then not act.
They've seen this kind of nonsense for mostly 2 seasons.
He only got his tally first year back in prem because of the amount of goalscoring opportunities thrown at him.
He's not a converter.
On the odd occasion he gets the weird and really lucky ones in but misses sitters like it's his bread and butter.
An enigma.

Defender managing, that's why you get defensive formations.
Wants to defend a 1 goal lead when our defence is not up to it.
Twice now he's missed the moment to bring on Gnoto, give us an out ball and force them back a bit.
Is there anyway we can block the entrance so Javi can't get in the ground ?

Rodrigo scores that if Bamford’s not on the pitch. Rodrigo scored before Bamford came back. Now Rodrigo doesn’t score and behaves like he’s annoyed with the set-up. When exactly did it become Bamford Harrison Ayling FC?
Yet another Bamford miss ..lost count of how many it is this season 12 or 13?missed a alot in the championship as well,17 with no crowd pressure ..his goal against Fulham was heading wide…his penalty kick against Arsenal was heading wide yet again against Leicester it goes wide..there is has been more but looking back at them at this stage of the season adds to the misery..12 points IMO that were thrown away and we wouldn't be worrying about going down.Will Willy get to play anymore games for us this season?probably be subbed on when we are 4-0 down against UAE City. Agree with Tommy and Kagey about Sini. Give him a chance in the Championship, then sell him if he can't keep the pace. Doesn't matter if you are prime Messi if you only manage 30 mins every 5 games.
Kagey I really feel that a midfield 3 will really help us at Bournemouth. So you won't li,e this but Forshaw alongside Rocand Mckennie for me .

Hi Kagey the Bournemouth win last night puts an even bigger prize on sunday’s game for them. One more win and they're probably safe, we have to take the game to them there's nothing in being meek and trying to protect a lead.

I had enough of Bamford in his 1st season with us in the Championship, Meslier even my Gran would have scored that and she left us 40 years ago 🤣.
It's like Gracie is just too stubborn for our good. We have players in Rodrigo, Gnonto, Summerville & Sini who have the potential to create magic, yet Javi sticks with Harrison, Aaronson regardless (Harrison was good yesterday having said that)

Good content as always Kagey, If Bamford starts at Bournemouth, the law of averages says he gets a hat trick, to make up for some of those misses ,personally i wouldn't rely on this, and id start rutter, joseph or perkins, how could it be any worse. It goes without saying Gnonto is 1st on the team sheet ,but ive just about given up on this, its crimes against lufc.
I want to know what you listen to while watching. I watched some of leicster game with no commentary and it suddenly looked very frantic.
