Something strange is going on with TBL. They are better team considering the peak performance quality of which there was a lot in game 3 and just for a while in game 4 too. Then suddenly they just quit doing it. It was like they had decided they don't like to play for Cooper any more in the middle of game. I cannot believe it is the case. I wonder if the other reason is the Russians who are forced to live and work at highest possible level under huge crushing pressure because of the war in Ukraine. That theory would state more Russians in your team more trouble you will have because of empathy energy expended by all team mates. Both Vasilevskiy and Kucherov were strong underperformers. Tampa has most of them of any team. Seattle has none and they are having the freshiest kick of all the teams.

What a comeback! Massive win for Toronto. Reilly , Matthews, Marner, Nylander….these are elite players and although my fellow Hab fans like to dis these guys, they are great players. We don’t have anyone close to them,….but maybe in a couple of years we will. Until then, this ( and some of Hab nation I hope) fan cant help cheering the Leafs. Forget that petty 1967 thing…. Toronto’s looking good. Not to jinx them, but I think they can take the Cup this year. Go Leafs !….and go Habs !
