Recipe:
Meatballs:
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk (I used soy milk)
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax seed, 3 tbsp cold water)
1 clove garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp all spice
1 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 onion chopped well
1 and 1/2 packages Beyond Meat
1 tbsp butter (for frying, can also bake at 400 degrees)
Combine breadcrumbs and soy milk first, then the rest of the ingredients up until butter. Form into golf-ball sized balls and fry in pan with butter for about 20 minutes, rolling them over frequently. Take meatballs out and put aside.
Cream Sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cups veggie broth
1 can coconut milk (full fat)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
salt + pepper to taste
1/4 cup flour
Pasta (however much you would like)
Combine all ingredients and bring to a rolling boil, turn heat down to medium and add the pasta. Cook for 10-15 minutes depending on pasta type. Add meatballs and gobble it up!

Lingonberry Jam (can buy at local Scandinavian store if that exists near you)
Green beans are great with this too
