There is a misunderstanding between your ideas and Docs. Doc is not a good communicator because you are taking his comments to be offensive. He wanted to win and he noticed that your group had something missing that he could not articulate for you all to understand. I think Doc has accepted all of the accountability because he could not give your group the missing ingredients to complete the task.
