Texans fan here…I like the idea of trading for Trey…could yall put in a call to our front office…please..
Skinny QB without a lot of experience even in college, whose game is based on the threat of running??? IDK, any No. 1 pick seems steep for him at this point, especially after getting hurt almost immediately after becoming the starter. Sure anything can happen in football, but guys who get injured early almost always wind-up being injury prone.
I don’t think really realize how bad it would be to trade Lance if Purdy dousnt play this season, Brock just said in a interview that he might not play at all this season and if that’s true and the niners trade Lance they are just accepting a losing season. No way in hell the niners are gonna waste a season when they have a Super Bowl caliber team rn.

I was blasted by my fellow Niner fans back when I said we should keep Smith over Kaepernick. Honestly I could be wrong but in my opinion Lance is nothing more than Kaepernick 2.0 at best.

No one knows if Lance is the next Josh Allen or a backup yet, he’s played in only 4-5 games due to injuries. I just don’t see them trading him before the season starts, if at all. From reports so far, Lance will probably get 2-4 starts before Purdy is back and if he plays lights out, he could keep the job.
As a 49ers fan, I bet we keep all 3 QBs on the roster after the craziness of last yr. Purdy and Lance haven’t shown they can stay healthy all season yet. It’ll be interesting to see what happens and if they draft a QB late, which they really might do apparently.

San Francisco had 3 qbs with season ending injuries last year. Purdy may not play next year. 49ers better hold on to Lance considering what they gave up to get him. They should win their division. But qb would be the reason why they wouldn't.

Ok Texans need a QB but if they don’t go with Stroud at 2. Then trade the 33 overall pick to 49ers for Lance. Trade back from 2 so build draft capital or draft Anderson at 2 and JSN at 12. If all fails then Caserio might be out of a job but I’m just a fan so idc it’s not my job.
