  1. I've platued for so long, even when making so many positive changes, that it seems almost crazy to think im not at my limit

  2. JustScape Lee showing us that he's actually not been using the aggressive attack option this whole time, and that he's been grinding in the gym for that sick full drag and zerker helm set with the whip and obby shield…

  3. You physically can't max out your natural limit though. Unless you had an immaculate training regimen that started the moment you were born, a diet plan that was started 3 generations back(ancestors on said diet plan) and train until your peak(which is uncertain so you just train until you start dropping off, and get rid of anything that isn't training, you haven't reached your actual peak.

You already have a natural limit, why add a mental limit to it?

  4. I literally didnt hear anything u had to say I was to busy being amazed at u chest flying the whole goddamn stack like how TF

  5. the natural limit does not apply for 99% of gym goers coz 99% of them dont even push themselves hard enough to reach that limit

  6. Thank you! I’ve been saying this for soo long to soo many people. I hear soooo many people say oh I’ve reached my natural potential, I heard one kid say this and he looked like he weighs 180lbs wet through. People don’t understand as long they bulk they will build muscle then you realise oh shit I could be 120kg/260lbs naturally! The only limit is how far your willing to go to get big, stop worrying about losing your abs and bulk already.

  7. As someone who has been lifting for 2 years, your strength is so insanely impressive

  8. I think people have the wrong idea of the natural limit. The average person isn’t limited by how strong or how large they can get, they’re limited by how long they can push their body physically before age catches up to them and the rate of progress in the gym begins to decrease even further compared to the already diminishing returns that come with experience. People like Jay Cutler stay that size due to exogenous hormone use keeping them in adequate range to continue taking advantage of their work ethic.

  9. Hey Justin I know this is out of topic but do you have any advice on being more confident and less shy because I’m really struggling with social skills.

  10. That's not remotly close to why that is said. It is said when people don't respect ped users saying: "oh it's just steroids". It has nothing to do with natural lifting

  11. how many people actually train consistently for years? most people 99 percent will never reach their natural limit. so many factors, diet on point? lifestyle? conditioning? etc… keep training!
